VINCENTIAN NUGGETS!!!

Know thy Society!!!

USE OF RESOURCES:
The resources of the Society are entrusted to us by the community for service to the community. They do not belong exclusively to the Society. In so far as they belong to the Society, they should not be hoarded. It is wrong that conferences should have disposable “free” funds for which there is no immediate or foreseeable use. These could be used by the Society for worthwhile projects by needy Conferences and Councils. Conferences and Councils should share resources.
It follows that every unit of the Society, Conference and Council should be able to account at any time for the resources entrusted to it. The people in the general and the statutory and private organizations who contribute to Our resources are entitled to know how they are being used. Consequently, Secretaries and Treasurers should keep their records in such a way that reports can be compiled which are required both for the Society’ s own purposes and the general public. In so far as our resources belong to the community, it is in order for Conferences and Councils to make them available for community ventures with which the Society is involved.

Compliment of the Season to you and yours ❤️
